We are still in the process of adding some finishing touches to the space. Shared courtyard/patio area with long term tenants (they have a small friendly dog ). Has an outdoor patio with table/chairs/umbrella. 2 bicycles for use. Close to the river (5 min walk), 3 mile from downtown NSB & canal st. and 10-15 min drive to NSB beach and Flagler Ave.
