A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The lodge is probably on the best location on site and is located on the edge of the lake with amazing views and filled with carp, for those who love to fish. The accommodation is a modern 2 bedroom detached annex ,with a bright spacious open plan fully fitted kitchen and living area. The living area has a leather sofa and TV , DVD player with underfloor heating. Bedroom one has a double bed with a luxury feel . Bedroom two has a king size Zip bed that can be separated to make 2 singles. The property is 1 minute walk from Dungeness reserve with all its intriguing scenery and unique architecture.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
