Just 2 blocks to the entertainment on Frenchmen St. and 3 blocks from the French Quarter. Your room has a queen bed & private bathroom. Our sophisticated shotgun style home is conveniently located near the French Quarter & only one block to Frenchmen St/Esplanade Ave; highly walkable, fun, active area! Unwind in the courtyard and let the distant sounds of Jazz bands have you saying "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!". Free first come first serve street parking and metered/paid parking in the area. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will find free parking due to the activity of the French Quarter.

High ceilings with intricate plaster detail are featured in an antebellum mansion home built in 1851 which sits right in front of the streetcar/trolley stop. A great experience to be right there on "the Avenue" under the 250 year old oak trees. You can take our self guided walking tour through the Garden District and see one home after another built in 1800's, with names of architect (if known), year built and who lived there.
