Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Bentley Cottage

Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

The Old Piggery, East Boldre, New Forest

The Old Piggery is a lovely retreat set in a beautiful peaceful 3 acre smallholding in the New Forest with a great Hottub. The ideal getaway for couples or families it has direct forest access right from the gate. It is 2-3 miles from both Beaulieu and Lymington and 30 mins walk or 10 min cycle to the beach and two pubs. A light & airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, it has a large open plan living/dining area, private garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood burner & TV.

The open forest is also a short distance from the cottage and leads to endless walks, cycle rides and heaps of exploring!

Its directly across from a great local pub, The Swan Inn, where you will get a warm welcome from Sybil and her team. Great for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Twit Twoo is named because of the sound of the owls hooting at night outside the window. Tucked away down a gravel track with direct Forest access Twit Twoo is guaranteed to take you away from the pressures of life. Relax in the three seating areas: decking, bbq area or on the bench overlooking the picturesque babbling Brook with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The only distraction is the wildlife. Dog friendly, ideal for cyclists with the wonders of the forest and coast on the doorstep.

Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Bluebell Cottage is at the end of a row of 4 period cottages in a quiet residential area with on-street parking - just a short walk from the open countryside and the village of Lyndhurst in The New Forest National Park. We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious stay - comfy beds, crisp linens, a rainfall shower, a woodburner and pretty cottage garden. Note. We are fully compliant with the updated Government Fire Regulations for Holiday Lets in effect from October 2023.

The Coach House with walled garden

Our converted coach house offers a cosy corner in the busy village of Downton from which to visit the historic cathedral city of Salisbury and the open spaces of the New Forest. Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. We welcome dogs (please see info regarding fee).
