Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

Für diese Wohnung steht bei der Unterkunft eine Einzelgarage zur Verfügung mit einem zusätzlichen Parkplatz vor dem Garagentor.

L'appartement est calme et lumineux. Une grande terrasse est à votre disposition équipée d un grill à gaz.
