If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

Master bedroom has Queen size bed, 2nd guest room has Queen size bed, 3rd guest bedroom has Trundle 2 twin beds. Rita Villa is a 0.2 mile walk to a private Ocean access beach and pool. Nettles Island has lots to do with loads of ammenities.

(approximately 6ft from house)There is open water on the property. Water with no railings, fencing, etc. The unit is open concept. suitable for 2 adults. not suitable for children.
