Open and airy large property in a small and very peaceful little community with friendly neighbours. Forest at your doorstep where you often will see deer and elk around the property. Three houses on a beach front property

Three houses on a large seafront property. The main house is just renovated and has 5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Two smaller houses, each with toilet/bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Perfekt for big families or group of colleagues. We do not accept big groups of party-friends. The area is quiet but still very near to Oslo, with just 8 minutes to walk to the ferry who takes you to Oslo in 24 minutes. Parking is available on the property. We have two cats that wills stay in the house during you stay.

New modern house (2022) with all the comforts. Great outdoor areas with a patio, garden, balcony and a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of Oslo and the fjord. Three bedrooms and one kidsroom. Bus stop almost right outside the door with buses that takes you to Nesoddtangen Brygge in 10min, and from there the ferry takes you to Oslo and Aker Brygge in 23min. The house is located within walking distance to several beautiful beaches and recreational spots in the popular area of Hellvik.

In vacation or just looking for a quiet place to immerse yourself? Enjoy life in beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to one of Nesodden's finest beaches and the forest. Your own private terrace offers views of the fjord. City culture on the wish list? Oslo is a boat trip away (50 min bus / boat). Visit museums, festivals and restaurants and then retreat from city noise to peace and quiet, nature, birdsong and a fresh bath when the summer heat sets in. NB: a child can sleep on the sofa.

Arrangementslokalene i hagen kan benyttes etter avtale. Leiligheten er særlig godt egnet for familier og venner som ønsker å kombinere naturopplevelser med Oslobesøk.

Den smakfulle & lyse leiligheten er nyoppusset med fokus på lekre detaljer. Stedet har en egen uteplass, det er kun 2-5 min. gåtur til vakre Hellviktangen & Hellvikstrand, & kyststien går forbi eiendommen. For å komme hit kan du kjøre, sykle eller ta fergen til halvøya fra Oslo som korresponderer med buss.

Kort vei til Torvik strand (15 min gåtur), og til Presteskjær strand (2 km). Fantastiske strender med få folk, svaberg og gressplen. God plass til parkering av biler på eiendommen. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng, ett med enkelseng som kan trekkes ut til dobbel og ett soverom med to barnesenger.

Lalien – The Yellow Lodge Lalien is a peaceful retreat where history and nature meet. This architect-designed lodge, with its warm yellow exterior, offers space for families or groups (sleeps 11). Inside, you’ll find a bright kitchen, cozy living areas, and a garden with a swing, trampoline, and slide—all with views of the Oslo Fjord. Ideal for shorter or longer stays. During summer (July-August), minimum rental period is one week.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
