Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Novouređeni Apartman Vesna, Punta Križa, otok Cres

Apartman je novouređen i nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće, u malom mjestu Punta Križa na otoku Cresu. Ako želite doživjeti " pravu divljinu" onda je ovo mjesto za Vas. Područje Punta križe ima bogatu floru i faunu: od razvedene obale pune uvala do borovih šuma i zelenih livada gdje možete sresti brojni divlji životinjski svijet, a najčešće jelene lopatare. Gostima je na raspolaganju korištenje WIFI-a te parking. Postoji i mogućnost korištenja roštilja. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.
