Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Una tenuta di campagna immersa nella natura a 70 km da Roma, 7 minuti dalla stazione dei treni di Orte, 20 minuti dalle meravigliose Terme dei Papi. Una romantica e grande Casa Padronale con portico attrezzato, all'interno un salone triplo con camino, un ampia cucina vivibile con grande camino. Al secondo piano le 3 comode camere. Una terrazza solarium, piscina attrezzata in comune. Un piccolo orto da cui prelevare le verdure. L’intera proprietà è alimentata da un impianto fotovoltaico.

Suite sulla roccia con vasca idromassaggio

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio.
