you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

This 2 bed/1 bath unit is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Belmar (w/ access to New Jersey Transit)! The unit is on the second floor and has its own private entrance. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and one block away is a great playground and Silver Lake with a beautiful walking path. All linens, beach towels, AND BEACH PASSES are provided. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.
