Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. You have the entire cottage to yourself which includes two queen beds in separate bedrooms. Plenty of room for parking if you need extra space for a trailer.
