The location provides spectacular views over the Visayan Sea towards Siquijor Island, Apo Island and on a clear day all the way to Mindanao. To the rear are views of Mount Talinis itself. Being in a reasonably remote location you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet along with a good dose of fresh air. Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
