In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. And although furnished with a nod to the early 1900s, it is still equipped with contemporary convenience. Due to its special location, this is a unique place for those seeking tranquility. Staying here is an extraordinary experience! Step back in time in this stately mansion with its high rooms, creaky floors and authentic details. ANIMALS AND SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

De inrichting van de villa ademt een huiselijke, intieme sfeer uit. Zowel binnen- als buitenshuis is elk moment in De Zandberg er een van puur genot en ontspanning, niet op z’n minst door de mooie, grote tuin die de villa omringt en het prachtige terras waar het heerlijk vertoeven is.
