There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! In a close proximity from the Acropolis and the Contemporary Art Museums it is also close to taverns and vibrant bars. The house is surrounded by traditional buildings of a significant Athenian architecture. Laying around a private garden with citrus trees and Mediterranean herbs, it offers a great balance for an outdoor and indoor leisure, while it is equipped with all modern amenities.

Sunny and cozy apartment in Nea Smirni, a neighborhood half way between the city center and the Athenian seaside. The tram stop is just a minute away; hence you can easily access the public transport network for all your trips (to the sites, the beach, the airport etc.) The apartment is modest though comfortable and homely. All the rooms are open to a balcony with a lovely view and plenty of sunlight. There is an airconditioner in the living room and a powerful ceiling fan in the bedroom.
