Oly's house is a relaxing vintage stone house by the sea. Situated at the magnificent area of Amoni, is just an hour and a half from Athens, half an hour from Corinth and Ancient Epidaurus and many other landmarks such as Mycenaes, Nafplion, Porto Heli and many more. It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη πράσινη περιοχή με μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα και στην κοιλάδα με τις πορτοκαλιές. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κάτω από το Βυζαντινό κάστρο, με πανοραμική θέα όλου του χωριού και του καστρου. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ και μαγαζιά πρώτης αναγκης σε απόσταση βαδίσματος.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
