Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. ⭐️Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with terrace on cliff edge

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively pour yourself a glass of wine, relax and let the world turn a little!

There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

Moonsail, Cadgwith Cove: Short Walk to Pub & Beach

Moonsail is a beautiful 2 bed cottage with views over Cadgwith valley - a perfect escape for couples or families. Five min drive to Kynance. The wifi has been upgraded to fibre. The cove is a short stroll away and has a great pub, cafe and shops. Cadgwith is one of the last few active fishing villages and you can watch all the goings on from one of the two beaches in the cove. Watch the Cadgwith singers in the pub on a Friday evening. Unfortunately this cottage isn't suitable for pets.

Hidden Gem - The Annex Porthleven

'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.

There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
