Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

A newly renovated, private apartment in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, The Old Stables at Hartley Mill have been thoughtfully designed and lovingly decorated to provide a cosy getaway for those seeking to recharge their batteries in a calm and peaceful environment. The two big stable doors allow lots of natural light into the rooms, and open onto a private, fenced patio. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with ice box.

Chocolate Box Country Cottage on Village Green

This cottage is set on the edge of Newnham Green and is one of the oldest cottages, dating back to the early 1500s. It is chocolate box cute, with roses around the door and filled with antiques and vintage furniture and homewares. The village pub is a short walk across the green and Tylney Hall is 10 minutes walk away and there are lots of walks to local pubs. We have a football goal and a table tennis table outside and a pool table and darts board as well as a log burning stove.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.
