The walls are painted with the story of the sea & the house is decorated with antiques and marine objects collected through the years. 3 air-conditioned Rooms and Bed spaces for 7 but home can accommodate up to 7 more guests using the floor mattresses (these additional guests bring their owns sheets and pillows)

Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

The rest house is 3-5 minutes walking distance from Masasa Beach, the scenic part of Tingloy, Batangas. Best for large family or barkada beach trip. Easy access to stores, small eateries, souvenir shops and beach activities. We have our own boat which can be of service should you wish to do any beach activities - less hassle and less walking going to the beach. Just inform me or the caretaker who will assist you during your stay. Note: Bring your own toiletries

NOTE: We are not PWD/Senior friendly. We have about 50 steps going down to the main house. No pets allowed. Welcome to our beachfront villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our place is located in the dive spots of Anilao, Batangas. Activities are scuba diving and island hopping. Please inquire about our scuba diving packages. No overbooking. Maximum capacity of 14 pax only.

The beach has no rocks. Shallow. Steady decline. Perfect little waves. Our maximum number of guests is 28. Sadly, we do not allow pets.
