Viele internationale Gäste haben hier bereits einen schönen Urlaub inmitten wunderbarer Natur verbracht und die alpine Gemütlichkeit vereint mit moderner Ausstattung genossen. 2019 wurde nun das Dachgeschoss und die ehemalige Mühle zur Penthousewohnung auf zwei Etagen im Chaletstil ausgebaut. Die sonnige Wohnung sowie der überdachte großzügige Freisitz bieten eine unverbaute Sicht.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Soca Valley - Just renovated

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation!
