This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Treetop Hideaway is located on Eagle Pointe Golf Resort which offers a restaurant bar & grill, seasonal weekend live bands, pool, tennis/pickleball courts. We are minutes away from Fairfax State Park, Lake Monroe beach and marina and Fairfax Bar & Grill. Approximately 25 minutes from Indiana University. Treetop Hideaway features a one bedroom (Queen bed), the loft has a Queen bed along with a futon that opens up to a full size bed. One bathroom, washer/dryer, private deck and free WiFi.

You are less than 5 minutes driving time from Nexus Park, Hospital, Shopping & restaurants. There are sidewalks if you choose to walk also. The bonus room has a Murphy bed couch and TV along with large round poker table for board games or cards. Flip the gaming table over for a family dinner. This suite has 2 comfortable beds for the adults while the pullout couch is for kids or the unfortunate couple who drew the short straw.
