The Villa Amani is located in Labenne, surrounded by the pine trees, on the edge of the Aquitany" Landes" forest, between Hossegor / Capbreton and Bayonne / Biarritz. Atlantic Ocean 3km, watched beach and endless dunes, a Surf Paradise. Numerous Golf Clubs within 30km. All shops and services nearby. Framework: The quiet, the birds singing, the cool of the forest that shelters also by the wind, sometimes the sound of the waves in the background, no traffic (the house is located at the end of a dead end street, without frontside wiew from neighbours) :all the characteristics that make this place unique and exclusive. The house is rightly called "Amani" which means "peace" in Swahili ... Description: 800m2 of fully fenced garden, with swimming pool (submerged cover) 1 "plancha" grill 2 covered parking places. Ground floor: large living room + dining room with open kitchen and pantry, appliances (american fridge,dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso Inissia, kettle, toaster, food processor, "raclette" and "fondue" kit) 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with wardrobes and bathroom with shower and double wash-basin. Another shower with WC. Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Cette cabane a son coin de forêt, vous êtes coupés du reste du monde. Déconnexion totale à quelques pas de la rivière, laissez vos envies vous guider durant votre séjour. La cabane est composée d'une chambre à l'étage avec un lit, en bas une pièce qui donne sur une terrasse qui vous permet de plein pied d'accéder à votre bain nordique. La douche est à l'extérieur, sous un tipi de bambou. Panier repas (30€ p/p) ou planche charcuterie fromage (24€) possibles le soir (commande 48h à l’avance)

Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

Elle offre une vue imprenable sur la foret environnante et les Pyrénées. Elle est aussi équipée d'un bain nordique sur sa terrasse privative. La petite Bodega, Maison au calme à Dax

Située à la limite entre Dax et Narrosse, cette maison de T2 climatisée (classée 2 *) se compose d'un petit hall d'entrée, cuisine américaine, séjour salon (1 BZ 140 cm) ouvrant sur jardinet et terrasse, d'une chambre séparée et d'une salle de bains avec douche et toilettes. Une place de parking privé pour le stationnement de votre véhicule. Prêt de vélos.

Appartement deux chambres

Appartement de 2 chambres avec lits doubles, salon avec TV, cuisine équipée ( four, micro onde, grand réfrigérateur, plaque à induction, machine à café). Parking privé pour 2 véhicules devant l'appartement. Les lits seront faits, les serviettes sont fournies. Il ne reste plus qu'à s'installer et prendre un café.
