The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

If your preference is the pond, Potters Pond is right in the back yard with a new beautiful custom built dock, with paddle boarding, and kayaking equipment.

The Shamrock House 1st floor apartment is walking distance to local restaurants, bike path and shopping. Beach pass for the town beach. Newport is a 30 minute scenic drive away. This light filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The apartment has a private entrance with parking and a private porch. The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Charming Waterfront cottage

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Robinson Suite, Historic Wakefield Apartment

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfect home base. Centrally located in downtown Wakefield. Walk to the bike path and restaurants. 10 minutes to town and state beaches. Beach Chairs and towels provided. 10 minutes to the University of Rhode Island and a perfect place for home football games. Laundry facilities on the property. Nicely appointed kitchenette, with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/ air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Narragansett Pier Getaway

Located in the historic Narragansett Pier, this charming, family-friendly Victorian is on a quiet street a mile from beautiful Town Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around porch or grill after a day at the beach on the backyard patio. Walk to favorite local restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, playgrounds, and stores. Easy day trips include Providence, Newport, Watch Hill, or Mystic. Take the ferry to Block Island from nearby Galilee.
