This stylish home is a perfect stay for a small group or family trips. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Another master bedroom upstairs and ensuite is available to rent, but needs to be requested and cost adjustment. The beach is across the road . The locality is ideal for surfcasting, swimming , cycling or walking. We strictly have a no party policy and No Smoking inside the house. Also an option to rent a 1 bedroom cottage located behind house . A spa is available to hire for an additional cost.

Our house is a two storey, 3 bedroom, art deco style house, with sea views out to New Zealand's iconic Cape Kidnappers coastline. We are privately situated on a quiet street on Hospital Hill near the Botanical gardens, and only minutes away from Napier's town centre. Your pets are welcome to come on holiday however, we do have some rules to ensure that everyone's stay is comfortable.

Relax and unwind in our Hawkes Bay home with a pool, BBQ and outdoor hangout. We’re right beside the Hawkes Bay cycle trail, so you can hop on a bike and explore. Napier CBD or Ahuriri are each a leisurely 10 minute cycle. We also back on to a park. It's a great spot for some outdoor fun.
