This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities. This well located home is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
