My home has been called ‘Hotel Suse' ever since my children left home, but return with their families and friends to stay. My suite is warm and inviting. So close to the sea that the waves will soothe you to sleep. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, sink for your convenience. Perfect for simple dinners if you decide to stay in, or walk to a nearby restaurant instead. A lounge opens out to an outdoor space. A lovely bathroom will refresh you after a day exploring our wonderful region.

Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

BellaMonte Vista

A stone throw from Napier's stunning Botanical Gardens and close to Ahuriri's popular restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach; BellaMonte has views, and off-street parking that can accommodate small boats. Located on Hospital Hill it's a five minute drive into the city. Two double bedrooms with queen size beds and a bedroom with bunks. Enjoy glimpsing visiting ships on the bay. A spacious bathroom and comfortable lounge makes it a home away from home.

Retreat- pool/hot tub/bikes/ close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Peaceful Parklands

You’ll love this stylish up-market haven, private and comfortable. Walking distance away from Park Island sports grounds. This includes , hockey, football, and rugby fields in beautiful park surroundings. The historic Mission Winery close at hand and cycle paths on our doorstep. A 7 minutes drive from airport , vibrant bars and restaurants in Ahuriri, and CBD. A shopping centre close at hand with laundromat, supermarket and fast food included.

It is a one bedroom self-contained apartment with off street parking. Lounge with kitchenette, private outdoor area, and spacious bedroom. Continental breakfast provided. Very centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Westshore beach and rotary cycle way , 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 5 minutes drive to Ahuriri shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Napier city centre.
