This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

İkinci kat mertekler üzerinde duruyor ve tavan yüksekte olduğu için ev çok ferah. Duvarlar 40cm kalınlıkta olduğu için yazın serin, kışın sıcak oluyor. Ayrıca yemek odasında da klima var. Kışın kalmayı düşünenler için her odada elektrikli radyatör var.
