Kofukan is only 5 km from Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort, offers hot springs, dinner for parties' cuisine, rooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors overlooking Myokoyama, free shuttle from Myoko-suginohara　skiarea and Myoko Kogen stations. On weekdays you can use a free 2-way shuttle to Myoko-suginohara Area, Akakura Ski Resort, Ikenohira Ski Resort, 15 minutes by car to Myoko Sunshine Land, 1 km to Myoko Kogen Train Station, free of charge on site There is a parking lot. Spacious rooms at the Kofukan are tatami-mat flooring, with shoji door, air conditioner, fridge and electric kettle. Guests can relax in the hotel's garden, free Wi-Fi in all rooms and ski storage. We sell ski pass in the hotel.

We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.
