Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Our bright, colorful, and cozy home is located in the small, traditional, and famous village of Mycenae, right in the heart of the Peloponnese, just a short drive from the picturesque town of Nafplio. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Tο διαμέρισμα είναι ένας ισόγειος δροσερός χώρος 29 τμ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο μιας μονοκατοικίας με κήπο το οποίο βρίσκεται πάνω σε ένα λόφο ακριβώς στο χωριό Δρέπανο.Η απόσταση από την θάλασσα είναι 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο ή 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Η απόσταση από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού είναι 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Cosy, spacious and comfortable apartment in Nafplio, newly built and furnished, with a beautiful yard and a fireplace, ideal for all year round excursions. The apartment belongs to a small block of flats owned by my family, and where my house is also located. I or my parents will always be around to provide our help and show our hospitality. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.
