The “resort” is also a great location for multiple hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobiling & skating and 20 minute drive from Crabbe Mountain

Perfect spot near Mactaquac Park for skating, snowshoeing, Xcountry skiing or just relax! NOT NEAR CRABBE MTN. 4WD/AWD REQUIRED TO GET UP THE DRIVEWAY IN WINTER. MCJ's Do Drop In

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

This brand-new ski chalet, built in 2025, is just 5 minutes' walk from the hill. It features two bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 with a pull-out couch, plus a full kitchen and a cozy electric fireplace.
