U okviru obiteljske kuće nudimo dva apartmana.U velikom apartmanu koji se nalazi na drugom katu obiteljske kuće nudimo smještaj za osam osoba. Sve sobe imaju zaseban balkon s kojeg se pruža jedinstven pogled na luku Malog Lošinja. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se i prostrana terasa koja pruža mogućnost mirnog doručka ili večere na otvorenom prostoru. Manji apartman nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće i pruža smještaj za četiri osobe. Kuća je u blizini centra ,a do uređene plaže je pet minuta hoda.

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Welcome to our spacious (160m2) and sunny apartment in the midst of the old town of Mali Losinj. Our beautiful apartment has a big terrace with view over the harbour. The entire upper floor is a spacious combined living and dining room with an open kitchen with all appliances: the ideal space for all of our guest to spend time together or enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).
