The apartment is situated in a new, quiet touristical part of Porec, five minutes of walk from the main city market and ten-fifteen minutes from the old town. 800 m distance from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms (one room has a double), living room with sofa bed (for 2 person), bathroom, kitchen and terrace with table, chairs and parasol. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. In the house you have everything that will allow you a pleasant stay.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
