Great spot for water sport destinations and ready to accommodate a day of fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing or just some great family time. This modern 4 bedroom home has 2 dining area, 2 bathrooms, a pool table and opposite a reserve which boast plenty of grass area and a new playground. You can relax knowing the kids are happy as well as enjoy the river.
