Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 1 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

The apart is brand new with AC, Wifi and smart TV included. Check in time can be flexible depending on whether or not another guest is checking out. Our Villa is very secure and to get to the Villa, it is necessary to pass through 2 separate doors with a key. We also have a doorman at the property 24/7. Our property is 2000 m2 and consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and 3 living rooms, an outdoor sitting area and an open pool, and a football field!

Kaleiçi, which has a private beach where you can swim, is the touristic focal point of Antalya, which has witnessed history since ancient times. There are all the facilities you need (market, pharmacy, restaurants, historical buildings, cafes) around our flat.
