This apt. is one of my favorite spaces. We used to live here and I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, roku with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

The Cunningham - Unit 1

Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. The neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization and we are happy to be a part of that with the renovation of The Cunningham!

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

The Ethel Retreat/BSU/IU

Come stay at the Ethel Retreat Located just blocks from IU Hospital and Ball State University. A cozy get away in this cottage feel home so close to restaurants and the Cardinal Greenway bike trail located along the Westside Park right on the water. A newly built skate park put in 2025 one mile down the road. There is plenty to do around this area of Muncie and plenty of popular shops nearby. Or just enjoy your time relaxing at a cozy home away from home. You won't be disappointed!

"The Love Shack" Rustic Cabin Getaway

Cabin and/or camper spot, with 30 amp electric & hydrant water. Cabin has 1 full bed, bunk beds (max 4, bring your own linens, firm mattresses) equipped with AC/heat & mini fridge. Indiana's best keep secret - The Love Shack - nestled down a long lane in between 2 fields in rural Economy Indiana with pond & 3 acres to yourself. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
