It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and small kitchen with a one-plate conduction stove, and other essentials. The Muizenberg surfing beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Beautiful coastal and mountain walks are easily accessible, as are local shops, restaurants and cafes. The popular Bluebird neighbourhood market is a great place to sample locally made food, beers and wine on a Friday.

The building has excellent security; including finger-print access control and 24-hour concierges at the front entrance. There is a free private parking bay in the basement. The WiFi router has a dedicated UPS - so the WiFi works even when the electricity is off. Please note that the apartment does not have a sea view.

The Studio at the Stone House is a self-catering cottage, just 200m from the beach. It's tucked away behind one of Muizenberg's oldest houses (dating 1901) on a quiet road in the village. There are LOTS of steps so not suitable if you are unfit, elderly or overweight. Your own private entrance leads you into a perfectly equipped apartment. Lie in the comfortable king size bed in total privacy and spot the whales in False Bay. It is an easy walk to Muizenberg and Kalk Bay.
