We are in the Clintonville/Worthington area, close to various restaurants and shops, easy access to different parts of town. You can get deep sleep on our comfortable mattress. Keurig coffee maker with well stocked coffee rack. Relax on the sofa while watching your favorite TV shows or read your favorite book in the loft. This is a quiet, comfortable and peaceful place. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . It is also located just 5 miles from one of the best zoos in the country, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The house comfortably fits 2 adults and 2 children. The house is not an ideal place for 4 adults.
