YOO-BAAN in Thai means staying home :) Newly build bright, cozy & quiet modern apartment mixing with touch of northern style. Your Room will be the 1st corner unit. The location is in Don Kaeo, Mae Rim district. Local neighborhood but not too far from Chiang Mai's landmark spot. About 20 mins to old town, 35 mins to the airport. Suitable if you enjoy the quiet during your stay but still, many nice place to visit nearby So, relax in your own space with birds singing in the background :)

And he started building everything himself....After he built a fairy tale house , a garden, art studio, cafe and workshop place. Every morning,He wakes up happy along with the sound of birds singing. and want to share this happiness with others. So ,another fairy tale house was built for sharing this wonderful experience. (also, Our place is close to everything. You can walk around) :)

Our house is located in a charming little Village in the north of Chiang Mai, along the river Ping. It is a perfect getaway, 30 min from the city. The house is spacious and comfortable ideal for families & friends. Many activities are available in the area : cycling around, in the rice & flowers fields, hopping from a local infusions shop to Ceramic workshop or cruising on Paddle board on the river and discover the amazing river banks.
