My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
