There is a garage that can be accessed from inside the house. Washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room. No pets. Recreation in the area includes: Hiking or floating the Bruneau Canyon, climbing the Bruneau Sand Dunes, fishing the Bruneau River and of course there is CJ Strike Reservoir.

The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building.
