The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

A remote hideaway just 30 mins from Hobart and 15 mins to Richmond and Coal River wineries and restaurants.. Relax and unwind on your own private beach. Enjoy the art, some of which has been made in the studio itself.

You feel like you are miles from civilization yet is close to the CBD. There are beautiful forest walks, mountain vistas in every direction and stunning valleys. Pipeline Chalet kunanyi / Mt Wellington is an architect designed residence, with privacy and a spectacular mountain environment on your doorstep, just 15 minutes from Hobart's CBD. The kitchen has stone benches with stools and a gas cooktop with all the utensils to cook up a hearty meal. A king bed in the mezannine and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 4. There is a smart TV with WiFi included, with forest and nature immediately outside and a sun drenched outdoor living space.
