Cozy, energy efficient new construction for a better world. Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Quiet + Modern + Clean : NE Portland

Our guest house was built brand new in 2018. It is clean (read the reviews!), quiet, very private and a perfectly appointed place to call "home" while visiting in Portland. All the ameninities to make your stay easy - full kitchen, compact washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Lots of natural light from 3 large skylights - sleep masks provided for late sleepers. The location has easy access to freeways, PDX airport (15 min.), and bike ways. Self check-in and free street parking always available.

Private Mt. Tabor Guest Quarters

A 500 sq. ft. 1BR Apt. inside a Mt. Tabor Craftsman home features a queen bed, pull out sofa, luxe linens, kitchenette, fast wifi, 55" TV, and in-unit washer/dryer. Perfect for couples, friends, and remote workers, comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Walk to some of SE Portland’s best cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, food carts, and Mt. Tabor park. Electric bike and scooter shares are nearby and the public bus is two blocks away which will take you to the heart of downtown in just 20 minutes.

Sweet Hideaway in the trees, Mount Tabor

Sweet Hideaway is a little, cozy space for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful refuge in the trees, yet only a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.

Our modern guesthouse is a clean, private space filled with natural light. The front gate opens into a private, landscaped courtyard landscaped with jasmine, a Japanese maple tree, rhododendrons, and ferns. We are conveniently located near Mt Tabor Park that has walking trails and a spectacular view of the city. We are also close to several popular neighborhoods with shops, cafés, and restaurants. We welcome people of all backgrounds to stay here and enjoy beautiful Portland.

Easy access to public transportation and close to the vibrant Clinton / Division / Hawthorne / Belmont / Montavilla neighborhoods for the best dining, coffee, bars, parks and more! 1 block from magnificent Mt Tabor Park, the only extinct volcano within city limits in the US. Modern and Bright Laurelhurst Abode

Our one bedroom cottage is completely private, accessible by a separate walkway, and has an outdoor patio. Extra time was spent choosing finishes and creating a modern, comfortable, and light-filled space. You’ll find everything you need for a weekend in Portland, or a long-term stay. We’ve outfitted a full kitchen, full bathroom with luxurious tub and plush towels, a bedroom with a queen mattress and soft bedding, washer and dryer, and lots of extra touches.
