The pool is only available during the warmer months (Nov to Feb). No parties and external guests please.

Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

It has a separate bedroom with all the modern aspects of a five-year-old home. It is warm and cozy with double glazed windows and heat pump. There is a separate entrance with a private car park. You are welcome to sit out on the deck surrounding gardens by a beautiful reserve with views of the Manakau Harbor.

A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.
