Two-level apartment with large bedroom on lower level and kitchen / living / bathroom on upper level. Bedroom contains 1 queen and 2 singles (bunk). Ample storage. Great heating. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, and free unlimited WiFi. Unit is accessed via stairs - may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility. Cleaning and linen included.

Hotham Ski Out Studio Apartment w/ pool & views

Ski Out Studio apartment sleeps 4 or 5 Alpine Heights. Cozy fully self contained apartment w/ balcony & views. Best to shop in Omeo or Bright if you plan on cooking although we only have basic cooking facilities. Has a queen bed 180 x 200 that can split into 2 singles, a set of bunk beds & pull out single sofa ideal for a child. BYO linen, towels & toiletries. If you have booked last minute & dont have linen with you - dont worry, it can be hired cheap from a laundry service in the building.

Comfortable, relaxing, warm & spacious with beautiful views over the Dargo Valley. 2 spacious bedrooms, master with queen bed, ensuite and BIR. Second bedroom has a trilogy bunk with single over double bed and two seperate single beds. Spacious second bathroom with spa bath to sooth the weary legs. The living area features a great sized kitchen, dining area and comfortable couches. There is also a huge balcony overlooking the playground and toboggan area. Laundry and toilet downstairs also.

Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season June to September), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Located within the White Crystal Complex, our Apartment is ski in/Ski out. We provide high quality bed linen with extra large soft white towels and Salus Botanics. The Large bathroom is great for long hot spa baths after a powder day. Our kitchen is fantastic, with a supermarket located within the building. Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

**we ask for a two night minimum, contact us to check if we can accomodate a one night stay if that’s all you need** This is our winter home over the ski season, we look forward to hosting guests between October to May. Our studio apartment looks out across the mountains and resort. Enjoy the beauty of Mt Hotham! Doing the Falls to Hotham walk mid week? Use our place before and after your walk, we will block out the nights in between so you can keep food/belongings in the apartment.

Welcome 😄 Hit the slopes and relax in the heated pool + spa + sauna afterwards! Only walking distance to Hotham central/ski tickets + ski lifts and there is a cafe/bar/restaurant only 50m away. Linen/towels are provided. There is a King Bed (that can be unzipped for 2xKS) & a single fold out couch with spectacular views with an outside balcony 🏔 There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge & electric wok. A good excuse for a snow trip away.

Lux apartment @ Zirky's Mt Hotham

Zirky's is the best location in Hotham for hiking and skiing! This newly refurbished one-bedroom apartment is one of the few true ski-in/ski-out apartments on the mountain. Winter or summer, you will have an uninterrupted view over the snow gums and ski runs and an amazing sunrise every morning. Zirky's is also the closest accommodation to the Razorback and other summer hiking. The bedroom has a very comfy new queen, plus a new Koala foldout queen in the Living Room.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Gooseneck Mountain Apt 546 Hotham.

This is my mountain retreat. Great views from the bedrooms, fantastic skiing, walking distance to the ski lifts, shops and bars. Bathroom, Kitchen / Living downstairs (Fold out bed). Upstairs Mezzanine - tri bunk and Main bedroom - queen bed. Bookings need to be for 2 nights (weekend Friday/Saturday) or 5 nights + BYO linen and towels (doonas and pillows provided). Linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost of $50 pp per stay.

Experience effortless access to the heart of Mt Hotham from this ideally positioned home base. This roomy studio is situated above the Corral car park and directly across from the top of the Village chairlift. Skiing right from the front of the building is at your doorstep, and we are conveniently placed near the primary ski slopes, chair lifts, restaurants, bars, ski rental facilities, and the complimentary shuttle bus service.
