A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.

There is a covered carpark that comes with this property, and all transport links to the airport and City Centre are so close and easy for you to use.

This is an independent townhouse with two floors. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small outdoor garden. It is very convenient and free to use independently.
