Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Morningside Retreat by Eden Park

We would love to host you in our home in Morningside :) We are conveniently situated walking distance from Eden park, and also from local favourites like Crave and KIND cafes, Side Hustle bar and Morningside Tavern. Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
