Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Modern, immaculate private bedroom and ensuite with its own access via keypad. Mt Eden is a nice, sort after location. Close to shops and bus line. Short trip to central city. We designed this room to be comfortable and cosy. Optional roll out bed $25 (select 3 guests). Fully air conditioned. High speed fibre WIFI. High quality bed and linen. Very much like a 5 star hotel room but in a quiet, green leafy, upmarket street on top of a hill with views out over Auckland! Secure gated parking

Plenty of restaurants and bars, cafes, barbershop etc. The ultimate inner city appartement uptown Auckland. Close to Ponsonby, Newmarket, minutes away from Mt Eden village and Auckland Domain. Free off street parking in the building. Complementary coffee, tea, sugar. Netflix and Disney+Wifi (fiber).

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

Sweet As Home in Mount Eden with free parking

Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment in the modern Eden Green complex! The apartment is best suited to a single guest or a couple, but the sofa bed in the living room allows flexibility. The apartment complex is secured by keycards for the safety of all residents and guests. Please note we do not allow parties. You can self check-in using a digital lockbox, which is available from 3pm, with check-out by 11am. One free car park is available in the secure parking complex.

Our Place in Mount Eden

Located in the recently-completed Eden Green apartment complex, Our Place is a modern one-bedroom apartment with its own private patio and garden. We do not have off-street parking or parking in available in the building garage. A short stroll from Our Place is Mount Eden Village, full of cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores. Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.

Pencarrow Luxury Homestay

Rose's studio apartment is above a recently built garage in a leafy street in the heritage suburb of Mt Eden. It has been decorated to a high standard and equipped with every comfort. It is fully self contained, with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Bus stops for all the main routes are a mere 100 metres away. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.

There is a covered carpark that comes with this property, and all transport links to the airport and City Centre are so close and easy for you to use.

We would love to host you in our home in Morningside :) We are conveniently situated walking distance from Eden park, and also from local favourites like Crave and KIND cafes, Side Hustle bar and Morningside Tavern.
