Just bring a sleeping bag & pillow case! WINTER ACCESS: By ski/skin, snowshoe or snowmobile only. 2 miles and 1000 foot gain to cabin. Takes approximately 3 hours on rolling and steep terrain. SUMMER ACCESS: By high-clearance, 4x4 vehicle and requires low gears (rental SUV not recommended).

Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. The Cedar Lodge is surrounded by jumbo windows granting you unobstructed views of the Rockies on a 7-acre lot. Embrace the winter with an outdoor sauna and take in the majestic views There is easy access (very important during winter) to highway 9 with only 300 feet of a well-maintained dirt road with backdoor access to Breckenridge (26 minutes). There is high-speed internet and a full bar LTE connection (which is a rarity in this area).
