There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house.
