Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events.
