The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The spacious apartment with a terrace and breath taking mountain views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

Kasnije je postala idilično obiteljsko utočište na brežuljku nasuprot srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini biciklističke i izletničke trase Parenzana, lječilišta Istarske Toplice i aquaparka Istralandia. Maslinik i vrt, u kojem se mogu sresti mačke, psi tartufari, koze i kunići, posebno su iskustvo.

The One-Bedroom Vacation Home (semi-detached house) accommodates up to 4 people (2+2). It is located in a typical Istrian village with breathtaking views of Motovun and Central Istria green oasis. The house has a private heated swimming pool, air condition (cooling and heating), free wi-fi, smart cable tv, private parking and is a short drive away from all the main tourist and historic attractions of Istria. Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.

PAŽNJA: Tijekom travnja 2026. povremeno se izvode radovi na obnovi krovne terase. Terasa i jacuzzi neće biti dostupni. Stoga se odobrava popust od 25 %. Za zajedničko korištenje sa do 4 druge osobe, na 2. katu: krovna terasa sa hidromasažnim bazenom i infinity bazenom 30 m2, dubina vode 30/110 cm, ležaljke, garnitura za sjedenje. Bazen u upotrebi: 15.05.-30.09. Grijana voda. Parking na parceli pored kuće, uvijek raspoloživ i bez naknade. Punjenje električnog automobila moguće (uz doplatu).
